Broadcom will perform a maintenance update across all Web Isolation tenants to align our platform with the latest software releases and security standards.

Security Note: The underlying security issue does not directly affect isolated browsing. However, in accordance with security best practices, we are proactively applying this hotfix to keep our underlying dependencies current and hardened.

Timing

The maintenance window will run from October 28, 2026 08:00 UTC, with a completion date of October 30, 2026 00:00 UTC.

Impact

• This activity is conducted as a hotfix for the latest release.
• During the maintenance period, the Web Isolation Portal may be temporarily inaccessible.
• Users' activity audits during the maintenance period may not be presented in the activity logs.
• End users might experience a degradation in service during the maintenance period.
• The maintenance activity requires the deployment of a new configuration. This results in any pending changes in the Management Portal being pushed as part of the activity (similar to the "PUSH SETTINGS..." button event).

Required Action

• Verify you don't have any pending changes in the Management Portal (using the Management Audit Log) you wish to discard.
• Contact support in case a problem arises due to maintenance.
