Our engineers have failed over web service to alternate data-centers. Please follow further updates on this issue via a different thread titled "Virginia Data-center Issue"

Customers in Americas region have been experiencing delays whilst accessing web content. At this point issue is only impacting web browsing via Proxy2.US.

Our engineering team is aware of the problem and are currently investigating.
