Please be aware that we had been experiencing issues with outbound emails being rejected by a small number of companies who use SpamCop as their DNS Blacklist. In order to mitigate the issue, we had taken the impacted servers out of service and they have been since, put back into service.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this issue is causing you. We will update this thread once more information is available.
Please be aware that we are currently experiencing issues with outbound emails being rejected by a small number of companies who use SpamCop as their DNS Blacklist. We are aware of this issue and we are working with the DNS blacklist provider to remove our IP addresses as quickly as possible.
In order to mitigate the issue, we have removed the impacted servers out of service. We have requested delisting and are confident that our remaining IPs will clear by start of the US day tomorrow. All of the Security that Symantec email.cloud provides is fully functioning.
Please note that we do monitor our networks 24/7 for spam and scan all outbound mail from our customers. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this issue is causing you. We will update this thread once more information is available.
