As part of ongoing security improvements one component depended on for ingestion of traceroute data became unreachable by other subsystems. This caused a large backlog of traceroute data to build up.

After identifying the root cause and correcting it, it took several hours to process the backlog of data. All data has since been persisted and at this time we do not see evidence of a loss of information.

Monitoring

We are currently experiencing processing delays in our traceroute data pipeline. New traceroute data is being delayed approximately one hour before becoming available in the AppNeta Performance Manager.

We have identified the issue and working on a resolution. We will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates as soon as they are available.
