Impact On October 22, 2018 at 00:40 UTC, we began receiving reports that some customers were unable to establish IPSec tunnels in Shanghai. We investigated and identified initialization failures for IPSec tunnels. At 01:30 UTC, we cleared the session table on the Shanghai load balancer, which restored connectivity.
