On October 11, 2018, at 20:30 UTC, we noticed red banners on the UI with the error “Unable to get a list of SEP Beta Domains”. Global catalog API’s were timing out.

During this time customers may have observed red banners on the UI and the dashboard charts or devices not loading on time. Customer endpoints remained protected during this time window.

This incident is now resolved and service has been restored to normal.
