We have confirmed the underlying issue is now resolved and orders are now processing normally. This incident is now resolved.

Identified

We have identified a delay in order process, which is due to AmberRoad service being down, impacting order compliance checks. We have already opened a severity 1 issue with AmberRoad support and they have confirmed that this is a system wide issue impacting all Amber Road customers. There will be a delay in processing orders and GSP subscriptions due to this issue.

No orders will be lost, and processing will start automatically once AmberRoad resolves the issue.
