We have confirmed that as of March 26, 2019 at 16:35 UTC, this issue was resolved.
During an unscheduled third-party maintenance, the IPs for PAC File Management Service (PFMS) were changed without notice. Customers using whitelisted IP's in their firewall rules for their PFMS may experience reduced functionality.
Customers are requested to add the following IPs to their firewall rules:
To prevent any future issues with PFMS it is recommended to add the FQDN pfms.wss.symantec.com to the firewall rules
Immediate impact has been resolved. We are currently monitoring the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
