We have resolved the previously reported symptoms. The service is fully restored. This incident is now resolved.

Monitoring

We have remediated the issue impacting events processing on to the portal. New events should now process as normal. We continue to monitor the event processing to ensure the service is fully restored. We will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

Please note that no other SEP 15 Cloud Console functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints remains continues to protect devices it is installed on.

Events which occurred between, 14:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC, have been queued and are being processed. Additionally, it may take some time for these events to display in the portal. We are continuing to monitor the event processing to ensure the service is fully restored. We will provide further updates as new information is discovered.
