On April 19, 2020, at 13:30 UTC, Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing planned maintenance of Symantec Secure Access Cloud (EU and US) for a duration of 2.5 hours. As part of our continuous efforts to improve the reliability and the robustness of our platform, we are updating the Symantec Secure Access Cloud supported availability zones.

Action Required To keep your firewall updated with the latest set of static IP addresses, we recommend automating a query to dynamically retrieving them, as described in the KB article.

Impact During the maintenance window, customers may experience a temporary degradation of service. It is highly recommended to not change entity (Users, Groups and API Clients) assignments to your application during this maintenance period.
