The previous concern has been remediated and connections to the Mexico (MEX1) data center have been restored. This incident has been resolved.


We have resolved the previously reported concerns with customer connections to the Mexico (MEX1) Data Center. We will be monitoring closely for any changes.


We have identified that the issue resides with a third-party carrier. We are working with the carrier toward resolution.


The Mexico (MEX1) data center is currently unavailable. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.

IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
