We have monitored the service and have not seen a re-occurrence of the email delivery issues. This incident is resolved.
As of 18:06 UTC, email queues have cleared and we are no longer experiencing email delays.
We will continue to closely monitor the email service and will provide our next update as soon as more information becomes available.
As of 15:50 UTC, we have taken the impacted server out of service. Emails will remain queued on this server while it is out of service. The rest of the NAM infrastructure is fully operational and processing email traffic.
Some customers may continue to experience delays while a small number of emails are queued.

We are aware of a subset customers provisioned on our NAM infrastructure experiencing delays sending and receiving emails. We are investigating this issue as a priority.
