The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
This maintenance notification is being used as a proactive notification to inform Rally administrators that the LastActiveDate field for Users is not currently updating. Because this has not been updating for almost 30 days, it is possible that any scripts which disable users based on inactivity could be triggered tomorrow.
Due to this condition, we are recommending Rally administrators temporarily deactivate any scripts that may automatically disable users, and perform any user management tasks manually until we have this issue resolved on our side.
