The Symantec Web Security Service (WSS) will begin using new egress IP ranges on August 27, 2021. These ranges will provide support for over 25 new vPOPs which will be released at a later date, at no extra charge. The new vPOPs will improve the user experience by extending in-country content localization to users in countries not currently served by WSS. More information about the new vPOPs will be provided closer to general availability.
There will be no changes to existing IP ranges. Carefully review the information below to avoid disruption of service.
Required Action Prior to August 27, 2021
Third party applications that regulate connections by source IP address should be updated to accept connections from the new egress IP network listed below to ensure traffic proxied through WSS can reach the application.

Failure to make these changes could prevent users accessing third party web applications, or authenticating against the service using the Auth Connector (where applicable).
