Identified

This only impacts customers who are still using the deprecated integrationServices v3 Event and Alert APIs.

The integrationServices v3 Event and Alert APIs for Endpoint Standard are currently degraded in all environments. The event API is returning no data, while the alert API is returning alerts but with an empty event array. The root cause of this is an access problem between integrationServices and the datastore containing these events. This problem is being actively worked by the engineering team, and it has already been established that there is no data loss. All event data is still accessible via the enriched_event API or the web console during this incident.

We thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
