Symantec, a division of Broadcom will be performing emergency maintenance on WSS Agent infrastructure on July 28, 2021, starting at 23:00 UTC for a duration of 1 hour.
Impact Customers attempting to retrieve a Windows build of WSS Agent for the first time will not be able to download the installer during the maintenance window. The outage will apply to the Windows agent only, macOS will not be impacted.
Actual downtime is expected to be 20-30 minutes while the maintenance is performed.
