Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing Cloud Portal maintenance starting on July 31, 2021, at 20:00 UTC for a duration of 1 hour.
Impact • Users that are currently logged in will get errors when attempting to load or save any changes in the portal. Any in-progress changes are likely to be lost. • New portal logins will not be possible. Entering an email address and clicking on the 'Next' button will hang, then eventually return an error. • External API calls (CASB gatelets, CASB logs, audit logs, provisioning requests) will all fail. • Existing traffic will not be affected. Customers with user or group based policy (requiring an Auth Connector connection) connecting to a new datapod will not be able to resolve any user/group information. • Real-time traffic filtering will not be impacted by this maintenance.
All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
