Broadcom Service Status is a pivotal component of our customer experience to provide enterprise level support. With over 18 software products supported today and thousands of subscribers, our existing platform has outgrown the demand.
We are therefore excited to share that beginning May 9, 2022, we are launching our new Unified Service Status platform. Some of the highlights include a single website; single subscription workflow; and an improved user experience.
All products/services excluding Clarity SaaS that are available on Service Status will be migrated over. Please note that Clarity SaaS will not be migrated over as part of phase 1 but will be part of phase 2. More details on phase 2 will be communicated at a later date. Clarity customers can continue to access Service Status page here:
