  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your production Clarity SaaS application. Your non-production Clarity SaaS application will be available during the scheduled maintenance duration.

  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made as part of the maintenance

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your production Clarity SaaS application prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules
