Our encryption provider Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance, beginning November 4, 2023 starting at 20:00 UTC, for a duration of 2 hours. This upgrade will bring Echoworx backend services to the latest feature release.

Impact

During this maintenance period:

  • All emails routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing and will attempt delivery once the maintenance completes.
  • The EMX Web Portal (for recipients), and the EMG Admin Console (for administrators) will be offline. If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We'll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We're performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
