This release of VIP Authentication Services provides support for IPv6 IP addresses in headers and in parameters. You can use the IPv6 format for IP addresses anywhere you currently use the IPv4 format. VIP Enterprise Gateway does not currently support the IPv6 format.

SSL Certificate Renewal
Previously, Symantec sent notification that these certificates will be renewed using new root CAs, which might impact your implementation. However, Symantec is able to renew these SSL certificates using the existing root CA. As a result, there is no impact to your implementations. Your APIs will continue to work as expected after these certificates are renewed.
Symantec is renewing the SSL certificates for the following API endpoints:

- User Authentication Javascript Service
- Authenticator Validation and Management APIs
- Authenticator Provisioning Service
- User Validation and Management APIs
