We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

We have implemented a fix. Customers with federated logins should no longer experience issues accessing management portals. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

As per our preliminary investigation, this issue is impacting multiple products. The confirmed products are as follows:

  • Email Security.Cloud
  • Cloud SWG
  • Endpoint Security

Impact:

Customers with federated login enabled and not migrated to the new AuthHub are facing issues while accessing product portals. Other login methods continue to work. There is no impact to protection services. We will provide further updates as new information becomes available.

We are aware of Email Security.cloud customers with federated login enabled and not migrated to the new AuthHub are facing issues while accessing the ClientNet portal (https://clients.messagelabs.com/). Other login methods continue to work. There is no impact to email delivery and protection services.
