We have remediated the issue impacting the mail relay service. Password reset emails and custom reports are fully functional. This incident is now resolved.

Investigating

We continue to work with our third-party provider to investigate the issue with the mail relay service. Some customers may continue to not receive password reset emails and/or custom reports during this incident. The next update will be 23:30 UTC, or as more information becomes available.
