A dedicated post-maintenance cutover window will be scheduled directly with you if you have a Federated Single Sign On (Federated SSO) configuration to migrate. See Actions Required below to see if this applies to you and for further details.
If applicable to you, further, coordinated, disruptive customer and Broadcom actions are required to cutover to the new Federated SSO service. These cutover actions, if required by you, are anticipated to take less than an hour but may take up to 2 hours in exceptional cases. See Actions Required below to see if this applies to you and for further details.
1) If you utilize native Clarity user authentication (storing and maintaining user passwords in the Clarity application), no actions are required.
2) If you utilize Federated SSO, the following actions are required:
Once the authentication service has transitioned to VIP AuthHub, there should be no change to how your end users access the Clarity service or to the functionality of the service. End users will continue to use their current FedSSO authentication credentials.
