We have resolved the previously reported concern with the Cloud portal and there is no further impact to customers. This incident is now resolved.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue with the WSS Portal that may cause session timeouts and intermittent connectivity to the Portal. We are currently working to resolve this incident as quickly as possible. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
