We have remediated the previously reported impact with PFMS. Customers should now be able to download and edit PAC files. Customers are requested to add the following IPs to their firewall rules:

• 34.217.255.57
• 52.34.170.143
• 52.20.192.193
• 18.213.255.251
• 54.200.142.243
• 52.10.213.81
• 35.164.121.232
• 34.218.84.143

To prevent any future issues with PFMS it is recommended to add the FQDN pfms.wss.symantec.com to the firewall rules.

This incident is now resolved.

Investigating

Customers utilizing the PAC File Management Service may be experiencing reduced functionality. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
