We have remediated the previously reported impact with PFMS. Customers should be able to download and edit PAC files at this point. Customers are requested to add the following IPs to their firewall rules:

  • 34.217.255.57
  • 52.34.170.143
  • 52.20.192.193
  • 18.213.255.251
  • 54.200.142.243
  • 52.10.213.81

    To prevent any future issues with PFMS it is recommended to add the FQDN pfms.wss.symantec.com to the firewall rules.

    We will continue to monitor this incident closely to ensure the service is fully restored and will provide additional updates as new information is discovered.
