São Paulo (GBRSP) Data Centre Unavailable
The São Paulo (GBRSP) data center is fully operational. This incident is resolved.
We have applied a workaround, customers are now able to connect to the alternate WSS sites. The underlying cause of the issue at São Paulo (GBRSP) Site has been identified and we are working towards resolution.
We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
The São Paulo (GBRSP) data center is currently unavailable. This is due to the extended maintenance activity currently in progress. We will provide additional information as new information becomes available.
IPSEC customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
