We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

Customer connections to the Des Moines (GUSDM) data center using Unified Agent version 4.10.5 and older with CFS entitlement are currently unable to connect. All later versions of Unified Agent including all versions of WSS Agent with CFS entitlement will automatically failover to alternate data centers. Note that all other access methods remain fully operational.

We strongly recommend customers still using Unified Agent to upgrade to the latest WSSA Agent version. See the following link for additional information on agent versions:
