We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

On October 2, 2022 between 10:55 and 11:25 UTC, customers connected to the Stockholm (GSESK1) data center would have been unable to connect. Customers would have automatically failed over to alternate site in the region.

A fix was applied and the issue was resolved. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
