Monitoring

On August 28, 2023 between 13:25 and 14:52 UTC, a subset of customers connecting through the Des Moines (GUSDM1) data center using the WSS Agent (WSSA) may have experienced issues accessing websites. All other access methods remained operational during the incident.

Our engineering teams identified the issue and a fix has been put in place. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
