CANCELLED: Cloud Secure Web Gateway Reporting Infrastructure Maintenance (US and EMEA Region) August 9, 2023

This maintenance window has been cancelled. We are working on an updated schedule and a new notification will be issued once a revised schedule is finalized.

On August 9, 2023, Broadcom will be performing general maintenance on the Cloud SWG reporting infrastructure (US and EMEA Region) to improve stability and continue to optimize the service.

Impact

Cloud SWG customers that utilize reporting may experience the following during the maintenance window:

• Slight delays in report generation and for a brief period of time may be unavailable
• Customers that retrieve events via the Sync API may see short delays with events
• Data ingestion will be delayed
