Broadcom will perform maintenance that affects customers who use the shared Web Isolation service (High-Risk Isolation / FWI) with Buenos Aires (GARBA1) and Sao Paulo (GBRSP1) Data Centers on December 14, 2023. During this maintenance event, end users might experience a degradation of service on isolated sessions.
Timing
The maintenance window will run on December 14, 2023. All maintenance will occur between 10:00 and 11:00 UTC.
Impact
The activity only affects Cloud SWG customers who use the shared Web Isolation service (no impact on dedicated Web Isolation tenants).
During this maintenance event, end users originating from these regions might be required to refresh their active tabs on isolated sessions, and re-authenticate to applications.
