Monitoring

On December 13, 2023 between 00:17 UTC and 00:42 UTC, customers connecting through the Sydney (GAUSY1) data center may have experienced decreased performance or latency from the service. All access methods were impacted except for customers connecting using the WSS Agent.

A fix has been put in place by our engineering teams and service has been restored. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
