Monitoring

On January 18, 2023 between 17:00 UTC and 21:14 UTC, Cloud SWG customers connected via our North American data centers may have experienced latency with the CloudSOC CASB service. This issue only impacted CASB Gateway component and all other Cloud SWG services remained fully operational. As of 21:14 UTC the issue is resolved and we continue to monitor the service.
