The Mumbai data center is fully operational. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Identified

We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix on majority of Mumbai data center infrastructure. The remaining work is in progress and expected to complete later today. The Mumbai site is operational and is processing customer traffic without any issues.

Investigating

Customer connections using IPSec connection method and connecting to the Mumbai (GINMU1) data center may experience decreased performance or disconnects from the service. Customers configured with standard best practices will automatically failover to the Delhi (GINDE) data center.
