Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the following Cloud SWG Services:

  • PAC File Management System (PFMS)
  • SCIM Service
  • Self Managed Certificate (SMC)
  • Provisioning Gateway

Timing

The maintenance window will begin on October 26, 2023 at 21:00 UTC, lasting for a duration of 6 hours.

Impact

During the maintenance window:

  • Self-Managed Certificate (SMC) service will be unavailable for a brief duration. Real-time traffic filtering will be impacted for customers using SMC service.
  • The access to pfms.wss.symantec.com may experience timeouts.
  • PAC file creation, update and import may not be available via the Cloud Portal.
  • SCIM service may experience timeouts.
