We are aware of a small subset of customers currently experiencing issues with certain Cloud SWG policies. Cloud SWG policies using username or groups may experience unexpected results in the policy execution. This issue is only impacting customers using IPSec or WSS Agent access methods in conjunction with Auth Connector. All other access methods and authentication modes remain operational.
We are actively investigating this issue as a high priority and have engaged all appropriate teams at Broadcom. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
