On September 18, 2023 between 00:00 and 01:00 UTC, customer connections using WSS Agent and Explicit Proxy and connecting to the Sydney (GAUSY) and Melbourne (GAUME) data centers may have experienced DNS failures while accessing websites. All other access methods remained operational during the incident.
As of 01:00 UTC, the service is fully operational and we are no longer seeing an issue. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
