We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

On September 12, 2023 between 06:30 and 09:00 UTC, customer connections using IPSec and connecting to the Stockholm (GSESK1) data center may have experienced decreased performance or disconnects from the service. All other access methods remained operational during the incident.

Our engineering teams identified the issue and a fix has been put in place. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
