The permanent fix was deployed over the weekend. We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a workaround. We are working on a permanent fix and targeting to deploy it early next week. In the meantime we continue to monitor the service for stability and we will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of a performance issue impacting WSS Agent traffic in Dover (GGBDO) Data Center. We are actively working on remediating the issue. All other access methods remain fully operational.
