The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Scheduled

Broadcom will perform Cloud SWG Portal maintenance on August 30, 2024, at 21:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours.

Features and Improvements

  • Create Agent Traffic Manager (ATM) intercept rules that trigger based on Device Tags, which can be assigned at any time using a new agent command line option. For instance, you can write a script that assigns a Device Tag to only certain versions of macOS and then write an ATM rule that activates ZTNA for only the agents where that Device Tag is present. WSS Agent v9.7.1 or later is required.
  • IPv6 support added for PAC files and IP/subnet objects.

Impact

  • During the maintenance period, administrators may need to re-authenticate to the portal.
  • Real-time traffic filtering will not be impacted by this maintenance.
  • Active log download sessions may experience a brief disruption, which can be resolved by retrying the download.
  • Expect intermittent portal availability and existing authenticated portal sessions to be ended.
  • Customers using Management Center jobs to update UPE policy may see the connection terminated and re-established. During the maintenance period, UPE policy push will be unavailable. All previously configured policies will remain active.
