Identified

We have implemented a fix and as a result, we have started ingesting new data. The previously backlogged data is now processing and expected to catch up in 2-3 hours. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of customers experiencing delayed ingestion of reporting logs in the APAC region. We are actively investigating the cause of this issue. Please note that all other aspects of our Cloud SWG service remain functional. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
