We are investigating an issue with the Cloud Portal. Cloud SWG customers are unable to download the Symantec Enterprise Agent binary (currently in Preview mode). The Cloud Portal remains fully operational.

Note that Real-time traffic filtering is not impacted and all other aspects of the service remain functional. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
