Customer connections using all access methods to the Las Vegas, Nevada (GUSLV) and Los Angeles, California (GUSLA) POPs are unavailable. Customers will not be able to connect to the cluster using any access methods. WSSA connections will automatically connect to the next nearest cluster. IPSec customers with a secondary Tunnel setup in their config will be routed to that secondary link. IPSec customers who have not setup a secondary tunnel will be unable to connect.
