We have remediated the issue impacting the mail relay service. Emails and custom reports are fully functional. This incident is now resolved.

Investigating

We are aware some customers may be currently experiencing issues with not receive emails and/or custom reports. We are investigating this issue with priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

Please note that no other Symantec CloudSOC functionality is affected.
