Issue Summary
We have observed the provisioning failures for Cloud SWG products in CMP. The first failure was detected on may 08, 2024 at 02:52:06 UTC. The issue also affected the provisioning of CloudSOC CASB Gateway Advanced products.
Current Status
Our team has identified and addressed the root cause of the provisioning issue. As of May 08, 2024 at 17:05:00 UTC, all provisioning calls including the subscription life cycle events are functioning successfully as of 2024-05-08 17:05:00 GMT.
No action is needed from the customers end

All the previously failed events have been retried successfully and working as expected.
