Customers logging into EU Email Quarantine Servers were unable to release quarantined emails and could not receive summary notifications, password reset notification emails and welcome emails between 02:15 and 04:48 UTC. Our engineering team is aware of the problem and have implemented a fix. At this time, queued emails from the servers have started to drain and will be completed in a couple of hours.
Customers may still notice that the notification emails, welcome emails and password reset emails are delayed coming through.
