We are aware customers may be experiencing login errors when attempting to log into the Cloud Portal for the below products:

  • Cloud Workload Assurance (CWA)
  • Cloud Workload Protection (CWP)
  • Symantec Endpoint Security Complete
  • Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise
  • CloudSoc CASB

We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.
