The issue with Carbon Black Cloud has been resolved and service has been restored. All other services continue to remain operational.

We will now monitor all services for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our platform provider has implemented a fix. The following products are fully restored as of this communication:

  • Enterprise Cloud Platform
  • Cloud Management Portal (CMP)
  • DLP Cloud
  • Email Security.cloud
  • SEP Mobile

Carbon Black Cloud customers may continue to experience delays with events and alerts. Our engineering teams are engaged and actively working to restore the service for Carbon Black Cloud.

Customers may continue to experience login issues and/or degraded performance with the services.

Our engineering teams are engaged and actively investigating the issue with our platform service provider. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of customers using multiple products experiencing login issues.

This is occurring as a result of an ongoing incident with our platform provider. Our platform provider is working on restoring connectivity. Note that there is no impact to protection services. Products impacted are as follows:

  • Carbon Black Cloud
  • CloudSOC CASB
  • Endpoint Security
  • Enterprise Cloud Platform
  • Cloud Management Portal (CMP)

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with Carbon Black Cloud customers in the US region unable to login to the console.

Our external service provider has been engaged and our engineering teams are actively investigating the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
